Jim Driggs

Jim Driggs is a skilled automated vending operator that has helped lead Lean Machine during a period of significant growth. Since the company's inception Lean Machine has become an industry leader in service and has expanded its client list to include many of the Capital Districts top schools, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities and local businesses. Jim is an active member of NYSAVA, the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and NAMA. A former head college basketball coach, Jim is a graduate of Hamilton College and the University of Rochester.

Thomas "TJ" Conti

Thomas "TJ" Conti has been co-owner of Lean Machine since 2018. An Albany native, TJ spent 17 years in finance working at Goldman Sachs and Citi Group as a Managing Director. He is also owner of restaurants in NYC and Albany. Active in the Capital District community, TJ serves on the Board of Directors at the Bethlehem Children's School, is a member of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, and is active in youth sports, as well as an active member of NYSAVA and NAMA. TJ is a graduate of Hamilton College and The Albany Academy.
